I grew up surrounded by the rich flavors and traditions of Mexican cooking. From a young age, I watched my family prepare meals with love, using fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes. When I opened Blue Agave, I wanted to bring that same warmth and authenticity to our community.
Bringing Mexico to Ohio
In 2011, we opened our doors with one goal—to share real Mexican cuisine with our neighbors. We started small, focusing on fresh, made-to-order dishes that capture the essence of home-style Mexican cooking. Today, with locations in Gahanna (64 Grandville St.) and New Albany (9745 Johnstown Rd.), we continue to serve the same honest food that started it all.
